1. The rank "Assistant Secretary of State" shall be abolished and removed from the department roles within the Department of State.
2. The Department of State shall be: https://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=2841431
3. Anyone who is currently under the rank "Assistant Secretary of State" shall be demoted to "Rockport Citizen" until the Secretary of State rehires them as their assistant secretary or achieves another position.
4. This goes into effect when Mario fixes it.
