first i get a pan and fill it about half full of water and boil it over the stove, then once boiling i pour in my rice and stir it with a wooden spoon. i keep and eye on it so it doesn't dry out and add water as necessary, after about 10 to 15 minutes of constant maintenance i take it off the stove and pour it into my sieve and place it over the sink. with a boiled kettle i pour the boiling water over the rice to get rid of any left over yeast, then i serve onto the meal plate finishing the process. |
