----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Section 2]: Obby
After they complete Drills, march them to the obstacle course.
Two columns are to be formed behind the starting point of an obstacle
The training officer should use the word of command "Stand by," followed by "GO!" allowing the first two servicemen to begin the obstacle course. This command is to be repeated once every ten seconds.
Spectators or the officer trainer co-host are to be stationed around the obstacle course to ensure no Private First Class cheats or skips a certain obstacle
The time should be set to 5-10 Minutes.
** Failure at the obstacle course should not be as heavily graded.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Section 3]: Firing Range
Once they’ve completed the obstacle course head down to the range, here you will test each individual on their shooting capabilities.
Firing on a live range is used to teach personal how to operate a standard service rifle (M4A1). There are multiple rules when conducting a live firing session.
You will watch individuals one at a time.
They will each fire a set amount of bullets at their target only when instructed to.
Anyone who fires without permission is to be immediately removed from this section of training and listed “unfit to fire a firearm”.
Each individual will be assessed on their aim, they should aim for the chest or head.
All individuals should follow simple instructions such as "Present arms", "Reload", "Fire" and "Order arms", all who fail to follow these simple orders will fail this section.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Section 4]: Breach and Clear/CQC
Once the range has been completed, hold a vote for what to do next, this is up to officer training the personal. There should be two options, Breach and Clear or a CQC. Sometimes there is enough time for both but for a usual training choose one.
Breach and Clear should be demonstrated to new recruits, if individuals can not listen to instructions on what to do grab them and take them step by step through the course until they know it by heart and how to do it.
CQC’s are just basic TDM’s, ranks should be even and so should the teams, it is up to the officer on how many rounds are held.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Section 5]: Promotions
Finally after completing all portions of the training you will gather the individuals to the parade grounds.
Most individuals should pass the training, though if they misbehaved and lack standard skills you may fail the individual.
You are to force field [!ff (person)].
Proceed to hand out promotions. |
