Question 1a: Why are you interested in joining the Criminal Investigative Division?
Answer: Well one of my primary reasons for wanting admission into the FBI would be to help serve this country. How you might ask, well lets get more in depth. I have heard a lot about the FBI and FBI agents can be asked to, coordinate national security operations, work alongside with local and federal law enforcement, and also secure VIP's. And not only would I want to do that but I want to help stop imminent threats and possible attacks.
Question 1b: In your own words, what is the job/Responsibility of the Federal Bureau Of Investigation?
Answer: The mission of the FBI is to protect and defend the United States against terr######### foreign intelligence threats, to uphold and enforce the laws.
Question 2: Tell me about yourself: Well, in my previous jobs I remain professional. In other words I think I have the "No nonsense" attitude. I am a retired veteran in the Navy, and Air Force. I am a Christian religious, matu#######elligent, and quick with firearms.
Question 3: Do you have an experience in law?: Diplomatic Security Services(Senior Special Agent), Secret Service[Uniformed division] Uniformed officer, NSA(Probationary Agent), LVPD(Officer), DIA(Probationary Agent).
Question 4: What are your past-occupations?: Massachusetts State Police(Corporal), Independence County Sheriffs Office(Sergeant), Missouri State Highway Patrol[Troop A](Trooper), Firestone State Patrol(Trooper), NYPD[Detective Division](Detective), Independence County Fire Department(Probationary Agent).
Question 5: What are your current-occupations?:I am undercover DIA right now but I can't talk about my operations ask the director.
Question 6: Hypothetically, if this application were to pass, what do you think your new job as a CID agent will be about?: Well I think I would have an intelligence related assignment. And, I would probably record or send information about it on the discord.
Question 7: Hypothetical Scenario, if your friend is on the LVPD team, and shoots innocents, threatens people to go vote a certain person and detains a person just for the sake of it, what US Codes, if any, has your friend violated?: He has violated the Code of Federal Regulations and that person who was arrested can sue the officer due to the Miranda rights. That's when officers explain why the person is being arrested.
Question 8: Hypothetical Scenario, if you see a person conspiring against the United States for another nation, what US Code did this person violate?
Answer: 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States is what they violated.
Question 9: Have you ever been AoSed, if yes, how many times and why?: No I have not been arrested on sight.
Question 10: Using a step-by-step procedure, lets say you are currently a CID agent on patrol, and suddenly, you see an argument on the radio regarding two figures really angry at each other. They are both at BoA and begin tazing each other, shooting each other, etc. What would you do?
Answer: I would detain both of them and question them. I would call their supervisors and explain what happened. If the supervisor is not available I would call a supervisor on discord to come to lv and wait until my supervisor arrives, and try to handle the scenario normally.
