Can't go throught main portal bug plus erb quest glitch

Please help is there any admins on egg hunt. I need help getting Erb egg It wont Let me do quest. when i go to Alrune It wont let me talk to him. also it wont let me go through the portal to get to the other realms. i tried all realms but it wont let anyone in. im only 1 egg away i got 39 eggs. I want Roblox egg or Erb egg it seems they are not opitinal.
