The follow rules apply in all surgeries. If a member is found not to be following these rules, they will be subject to suspension/exile, depending on the severity of act.

The Declaration of Customer’s Bill of Rights must be read before ANY surgery by the surgeon in charge. This is what it consists of:
As a customer, I have full right to withdraw from this surgery in the listed instances:
i) I believe that the treatment that I am receiving is not relevant to the condition/problem I have.
ii) I believe that the practitioner of the surgery being carried out is not fully informed of my condition, and should further develop knowledge of my condition BEFORE carrying out surgery.
iii) I believe that I am unable to undergo surgery, due to illness or other situation.
If a customer wishes to make use of one of these rights, they should only ask, and list the right that they wish to use. This will be logged, and your surgery will be arranged for a more convenient time in the Department. Customers are reminded that incorrect usage of these rights leads to being placed in the ‘Under Investigation’ rank, and if this is continuously used incorrectly, they will be banned and then blacklisted from the group.
