It's all situational. It's sorta like the whole GSC v UN thing. RO-Wars spawn off of emotion and a common goal, and there needs to be enough clans to do it. Aside from powerclans, gun clans only have about 10 clans that are active and not totally cancer.

Crhis, there are way more gun clans they're just not as relevant as most others.

A fewer than that which actually stay connected to other clans. Sword Clans seem to be growing in communication nowadays apposed to how quiet it was about a month ago. Hydrik has spoken.

Yeah I know there's many but I've been having people search for ages and they're nearly impossible to find. It'd be nice if someone could make a list of clans without ties to C&G honestly
