Bushido:
[₪] Courage - The quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, and pain without fear.

[₪] Loyalty - Faithfulness to commitments or obligations to someone or something.
[₪] Honor - Honesty, fairness, or integrity in one's beliefs and actions.

[₪] Benevolence - Desire to do good to others. (Goodwill)
Vocabulary:

[II] Ranks, and how to earn a promotion
[₪] Nomin - Simply join the group. Buy the uniform and start serving a samurai to be promoted.
[₪] Ashigaru - First military rank. Pass a training to be promoted.
[₪] Genin - First Shinobi rank, pass a shinobi training to be promoted, or be succesful in missions.
[₪] Heishi - Second military rank. Battle merits or training to be promoted.
[₪] Gocho - Third military rank. Battle merits or training to be promoted.
[₪] Gunso - 4th military rank, here you start learning leadership. Sergeant of your samurai's ashigaru.
[₪] Chunin - Advanced shinobi rank, earn merits through assasination, spyonage or other type of missions.
[₪] Student - To pass on, you need to be a apprentice of a Bushi+ for atleast 7 days (or longer). By the time, you'll privately be taught advanced combat, discipline, leadership and strategy.
[₪] Jonin - The Shinobi commander.
[₪] Bushi - First Samurai rank, you must gain your daimyo's trust. Battle merits or exceeding in tactics shall earn you a promotion (1 student allowed max.)(5 attendants max.)
[₪] Ji-samurai - Advanced Samurai rank, earn battle merits or exceed in strategy to rank up. (1 student allowed max.)(10 attendants max.)
[₪] Gado - Upper samurai rank, also comes with great responsibility. Earn battle merits or exceed in strategy to rank up. (2 students allowed max.)(10 attendants max.)
[₪] Hatamoto - Close retainers, the most trusted by the daimyo, they're highly trained and disciplined. (2 students max.)(10 attendants max.)
[₪] Kazoku - Family members, sons, daughters, sister and brothers. Can also serve as military, depending on the person.
[₪] So-Taisho - The Commander of the army and most trusted retainer. (5 students max.)
[₪] Daimyo Minamoto Yoritomo - The head of the Clan and its maximum authority. (10 students max.)

The castle can be in two modes: Lockdown and Freeroam Mode.
Lockdown means no one's allowed in or out, and Freeroam Mode is basically the opposite.
Lockdowns happen during major raids, also villagers are allowed in if neccessary.
Freeroam Mode is always on, unless stated otherwise.

[IV] Trainer's Handbook
Now, this is gonna be tricky.
There are 4 stages that lead into a conclusion in the end (4th stage).
Each one specializes in different tactics and events.
First Stage: Faces and formations. This stage is one of the most important ones.
In this stage you'll have to do faces, [Right / Left Face = 90 Degrees Turn | Right / Left Incline = 45 Degrees Turn | About Face = 180 Degrees Turn | Control Face = Follow the commander with the eyes]
And Formations, which are stated above, except for Yari Wall and Stagger(Stagger is a formation with at least four soldiers, forming like so; one in front, one behind, one in front, one behind, etc. And Yari Wall is the Stagger but with Yari#######tion)
Second Stage: Sword Fighting. An important stage, the most important one.
In this stage you will order 1 versus 1 katana duels, first of all, random couples, then winners VS winners and the ones that lost against themselves aswell. You can also do team fights, if enough people, but it's not necessary.*
*You may aswell use the Sword Bot at Uma Valley.
Third Stage: Yumi. Important, but less than SF and Formations.
In this one you'll have to put your trainees in an open space, walk yourself atleast 15 studs off them and assign one clone* to each one of your trainees, then order them to start shooting.
(God the clones so you can check their precission with the yumi.)
*Clones aren't neccessary if there's an area specialized for shooting, thus it has dummies.
Fourth Stage: Promotions.
This is not a stage but I'll state it anyways. You have to choose the ones who are going to get a promotion, only a quarter part of the trainees unless there are a few, then it's the half or even all.
Punishments
If a trainee disobeys, make him do either Grammar Jacks or Squats. [Like so: One, Kyo! Two, Kyo!, etc.]
If he keeps with that behaviour, repeat the punishment stated before.
Third time he disobeys it's a demotion and exclusion from the training.
