The following handbook, information and tips are for Imperial trainers only. It's used to study to gain an Officer rank in any division.
CADET TRAININGS; (for others scroll down)
At the start of a cadet training you are to have them meet in a rally room, then start the training you are to read over Imperial Law, and question them about it after you have read the entirety of it. After, you should test them on grammar and spelling with hell-jacks or other exercises. Complete this and next is shooting, take the cadets remaining and have them practice targets for some time. Then make groups of 3 or 4, and have the groups fight eachother. The winners from each group will be promoted to private.
ARMY AND Army DIVISION TRAININGS;
At the start of the training, make sure to go over the rules, if you're un-sure about some of the trainees question them on the rules, then proceed to test their grammar and spelling, after the tests take them to the battlefield to practice a small scale PR (ground only), with the top 3-5 players getting promotions
NAVY AND NAVY DIVISION TRAININGS;
At the start of each naval training, take them over the rules and question them on it if you think they are in need of it. With this said, head to an Imperial hanger to start a training, have a Dogfight tournament with no more than two ties in the air at a time, if the training is for transport purposes only, find volunteers to go on the hostile team and have the trainees evacuate some of the troopers. |
