60 games in the USA, 10 each in Mexico and Canada. Should probably be more like 40-26-14 or something along those lines TBH, Mexico should be able to host plenty more and the USA shouldn't get to host so many. I don't see why USA cant just host by themselves. They have plenty of stadiums to host the event with much better facilities. I would hate going through border as a middle eastern traveling fan several times during the tournament.

2 reasons Donny 1. It lessens the burden on the U.S. 2. Fifa no like U.S.

they hate the U.S because they got caught with corruption. if they weren't corrupt we wouldn't have a problem.

Honestly, if there's a game in Edmonton, I'm going. I don't care if it's a matchup I'd hate like Sweden-Russia. I'd still go.

Why not have a world cup in Dubai? Argentina and China are also good options.

because you cant have a world cup in the same continent for two straight world cups.

I think that Argentina or Mexico should host the 2026 WC.

neither argentina or mexico have the current infrastructure to host a world cup right now, and they are not willing to spend the money on renovations and building.

The Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/others) wouldn't be nearly as bad of a host as Qatar but it's still an extremely hot place and isn't exactly known to have a good human rights record.

Speaking of tiny gulf states hosting the World Cup, If co-hosting bids like North America 2026 and a Pan-European Euro 2020 are allowed, then why not just have a World Cup across the entire Arab Gulf instead of just Qatar where they've literally had to build an entire brand new city to accommodate the tournament?

Im thinking Iceland or the UK. Iceland deserve to host in my opinion especially after the incredible performance in the Euro's.

"Iceland deserve to host in my opinion" Yeah, a country of 350,000 people should totally host a world cup. /s

Uruguay hosted the first world cup and had a population of 3.5 million. (and won it) So why not Iceland?

because the first world cup was barely a fraction as big as the world cup is right now. also iceland doesnt have ANY stadiums that meet the world cup minimum capacity.

Maybe 2030 WC can be in North Korea :) They have the biggest stadium in the world. Rungrado 1st of May Stadium with a capacity of 114,000.

The Rungrado Stadium's capacity is closer to 150,000 than 114,000.
