Table of Contents 1) Introduction 2) General Information 3) Ranks 4) Disclaimer ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ 1 - Introduction ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ This thread will explain each rank in the Vaktovian Army Corps, as well as provide some useful information. This will allow you to have a better understanding of what area of focus you will need to have before being considered to move up through the ranks. ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ 2 - General Information ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ 1) VAC Reserved Events The following document lists training events planned for the week. You are encouraged to bookmark and use this as often as possible. Keep in mind that not all trainings or events will be listed here. If the document is not available, then it has been discontinued or moved. An inactivity notice should also be displayed on your profile blurb. Inactivity notices never get posted to the wall. If this happens, the post will be deleted. Frequent inactivity that is not properly reported will result in a demotion or exile. 3) Username Changes When changing your username, the Overseer should be alerted via Roblox PM. The PM should include your former and current username. The change should also be made known on the group wall, as well as the Teamspeak; include both usernames as your TS3 nickname for around a week. If you do not do this, your accumulated progress in VAC may be disrupted for a period of time. 4) Complaints and Suggestions Any complaints may be sent to the Overseer via Roblox PM. Suggestions for trainers and the system alike are encouraged. 5) Reports This is a respectful and ###### community, and the laws of the codex are to be followed at all times. As Vaktovians, you are expected to work together without error. You should resolve any problems you might have with someone else without getting Officers involved, and you should never aim to get someone else exiled for personal reasons. If the situation gets out of hand, one or both users may come forward to request assistance from the Overseer. When reporting someone, you should include screenshot and video proof of the violation, as well as making sure any uploaded video proof is unlisted. 6) Promotions Promotions occur after being recommended by one or more trainers. When trainers host, they keep track of every cadets progress. If you leave a training early, it does not get counted toward a recommendation. When they feel a cadet is ready, they are recommended. The Overseer looks through the promotion requests throughout the week. If you meet the requirements, you will be promoted. You may also be recommended and promoted by Generals, or the Invasion Coordinator after a series of difficult raids. 7) Demotions and Exile Demotions can occur for three reasons. Breaking the codex, inactivity, and failing the Level 5 evaluation. Generally, warnings are given to those who cause trouble in and out of VAC. Repeat offenders will be exiled and possibly blacklisted. Those who do not have a notice displayed on their blurb whilst remaining inactive will be demoted or exiled after a certain amount of time; the same will happen to those who do not attend a rank-specific event for several weeks. 8) Leaving or Returning to VAC When leaving VAC, you are expected to send the Overseer a Roblox PM detailing the reasons for your departure. Ignoring this rule means one of two things: you did not read the guide, or you do not care. Both will result in a one-year long ban from VAC, and it will remain on your permanent record. Refer to the "Rules and Guidelines for Rejoining Vaktovia" thread of the index for more information. ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ 3 - Ranks ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ VAC Level 1 [DISCIPLINE]: As the first level in the Vaktovian Army Corps, it is focused on teaching the basics and disciplining each new recruit on the proper behavior and ideals of a Vaktovian. Cadets cannot pass this level until they have conceded to these ideals and teachings - rejection of discipline will result in exile. VAC Level 2 [COMBAT]: At this level, you begin the the introduction to combat. Former Level 3 and level 5 material has been improved and merged into this rank for earlier use in the system. It involves developing both individual combat strength, and experience in team-oriented tactics on the battlefield. VAC Level 3 [RAIDING]: This is the second of the combat-based ranks. Cadets will focus on improving their proficiency in combat against the many enemies of Vaktovia. Those who are most active with self-improvement and VAC raids will have a higher chance at being promoted. Proper teamwork and communication are some of the key traits that must show before it is possible to be promoted. VAC Level 4 [MENTORSHIP]: Raid-based combat training is continued here, but a Vaktovian is assigned to personally train and practice with you. Mentoring can last several weeks depending on certain factors, such as skill, activity, and behavior. VAC Level 5 [TRIALS]: Final evaluations take place at this rank. Only the most proficient cadets with all the traits and ideals of a proper Vaktovian will be granted entry into the Empire. Failure will result in a demotion. Skill and activity is closely evaluated, and your VAC record will be reviewed. Those who fail the Level 5 evaluation will be demoted to a rank that best suits where they need improvement. Although this is the evaluative rank, you will not be called upon for assessment often, as it occurs at most events you show up to. ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ 4 - Disclaimer ⊁▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬⊀ This version of the Vaktovian Army Corps Guide may not be the most up to date version. The most up to date form of this document will be available in the Vaktovian Army Corps group description. Signed, - Supreme General K. Bektor - VAC Overseer Fourpapa1
