Many people have trouble raiding properly because they haven't been taught the required skills to raid. Here I will go through skills and knowledge to win your raid.
For one, many people fail to realize that many things are in line, so you must make priorities. When raiding, the first priority is always your KDR. Verbal harassment may lead to the opposing side pointing out your KDR. You don't want this to happen. Even before the objective comes the KDR. Don't let anyone else tell you anything other than this.
The second is the breaking of morale of the opposition. Hit them hard; not with your guns. Harass the defenders: They will either concentrate on your mean statements or you will lower their morale. Both ways, you win inside and outside the game.
The third priority is to always question admin action. Monitor the chat to see anything suspicious that may be because the admin in the server is abusing the admin privileges. Don't record, just begin yelling 'AA' and 'AUTOWIN'. Hell, if this works, then you won't even have to fight!
After you have completed and taken note of these priorities, you may focus on the objective and your team. But you must know that your team is just an annoyance, you must not cooperate, because they may let you down.
