Today, every single inactive security officer was demoted to "pending rank" in the security group and to "customer" within the main group. Along with demotions, all chiefs of security have been demoted to senior security officers. These demotions have been performed to refresh the ranks from anyone who isn't participating within department events and to clear those who aren't capable of holding a higher ranking position. By Thursday *or* Friday this week, the following ranks will be (re-)filled:
- Head of Security
- Director of Security
- Chief of Security
- Senior Security Officer
"Security In-Training" to "Head of Security" ranks will be redefined. This means that there will be a new and proper job description for each rank. Job descriptions will be ready by Wednesday.
The new users within the ranks will be considered based off of their activity, performance, and commitment to ensure a good immediate leadership. The ranks will be filled by Thursday, or if no one is found quickly, then Friday. |
