My guy, develop is the same thing as build (according to Google)
If you build/Script a holo, you're a dev. Selling it doesn't matter, that's a way to get money.
An Architect designs plans and basically sells them off, why would he design stuff for no reason?
A builder for a house builds a house to basically sell it off.

I think I can make a holo and that makes me a dev.
I can add a level system, custom weapons, custom roles, GUI admin commands, custom maps, a nice lobby, and a leveling system with leaderboards and client stats. |

i script and build custom holo from scratch, not as easy as you make it sound, especially when i add things like datastore profiles and such. i mean people who build maps and use FM holo scripts sure i agree |
