With the announcement of Royal Blood's reformation process, I figured I would give the direct developmental aspect as a primary developer of Royal Blood. I'll start off big by announcing one of many variations of facilities to come. A new "holographic" training center. CrimsonForce and I are bringing some unique and exciting things to the table regarding this. I want some things to be a surprise, however it'll be lots of fun and incredibly effective. New facilities may also include something focused fully on games, and facilities based on specific training styles. Biggest news for last is our new promotion system. We've designed an in-game profile system which logs leaderboard stats, playtime in the form of levels and XP, and commendations from HRs. This system will almost definitely be universal to all RB places, meaning data saves across all facilities. This data will determine promotion in the group. Detailed examples and a guide based on that will come once it's done, and that goes for everything here. I mainly released this "dev report" because of many questions I was seeing publicly. We hope you're excited to come back strong with new tech, and are working hard to make it as refined and efficient as possible. Sweet! This make it easier on HR's and even more rewarding towads LR's/Mid ranks. Would make lower ranks want to do their best to get the most XP possible and want to attend other events we host instead of only showing up during war times. This is going to be the future of all major clans and Im glad RB's devs are talented enough to do this for us. UCR is a great example of this type of system that can work too. GLORY

Actually, I might opensource it myself if it is effective. I'd like to see as many clans as possible get tech that promotes activity in an efficient way, for both HRs and LRs.
