Hello EMPIRE staff! We have recently reformed the executive rank, and are looking for people to fill in the open spots. If you think you are capable of being an HR at the theatre, please read through this whole forum.

BEGINS: Friday, April 14th, at 6 PM GMT (1 Central Time / 2 Eastern Time)
End: Friday, April 21th, at 6 PM GMT (1 Central Time / 2 Eastern Time)
[GUIDE]
VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU SEND MORE THAN ONE YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. SO TRY YOUR BEST THE FIRST TIME.
You have an unlimited amount of time you can spend (unless you're typing for a week) on this so we expect each application to be amazing.
The questions are mostly to see your current knowledge of the rank and the experience you have.
THINGS THAT WILL RUIN YOUR CHANCES:
-Poor grammar
-Confusing/Unrelated answers
-Lying in answers (ex. Saying you've been in EMPIRE for 2 years)
[BEING ACCEPTED]
Once the applications are closed on Friday, the HOO+ will view the applications we have accepted and pick finalist.
The cap for executives is 40. Meaning that there are 14 spots open.

Remember that it will be open at 6 PM (GMT) and no sooner (may be a bit late depending on where founder and devs are around 6 pm).
