Stratum

Each enlist automatically gains stratum while they’re at any official -Exotic Empire- places. This is what enlists will require in order to be promoted through each enlist rank. An information guide on how much stratum is required for each rank will be provided. Enlists can gain stratum through the following
■ Kills
■ Time in the server
■ Awards by officers
You will have stratum subtracted through the following
■ Deaths
■ Punishment by officers
■ Leaving in the middle of a training
At the end of each training, the host can award stratum to any enlists he/she feels fit for a an extra award.

Honor
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
Once an enlist reaches the final enlist rank, the next step is the officer ranks. However in order to get to officer, they must first have gained ten honor. Their honor points could have been awarded by officers while the individual is an enlist. Honor is awarded for exceptional behavior or actions, and should only be given to those who truly have earned it. The following are examples of ways to receive honor:
■ Doing exceptional at a training
■ Doing exceptional at a raid
■ Defending Veloxic Empire in a public setting
■ Defending your comrade in a possible altercation
■ Acting in a proper manner whenever the chance presents itself
■ Frequently attending trainings
■ Frequently attending raids and defenses
Members may also have honor subtracted from them for bad behavior and inactivity.
If an enlist has accumulated the necessary honor and stratum required for the first officer rank, then the individual will be voted on at a High Command meeting (O2+) which will occur once a week. If at this meeting they decide the individual worthy, then they will be provided with an officer manual and be requested to thoroughly read it. They will then be promoted to the first officer rank, and their journey in -Exotic Empire- will further continue.
Once you gain 10 honor you will be valid to get voted on to become a HR.

You will be able to see in real time the amount of honor and stratum you have accumulated. However this will not be publicly visible on the leaderboard. Instead, other members will be able to look up your data in our database.
Individuals who are at the final enlist rank and have not attended a training in over a week will automatically be put on “probation” have their honor subtracted by 1, and their stratum subtracted by 250 for each additional day they are inactive.
