why did I join village: I know its not of a known group but I want to join something that's less popular like the leaf village and what not sometimes I want to think outside the box

I'm applying for Jonin Sensei
Why do you want this position?
Even though I joined this Village recently I know I'm ready to become a Jonin Sensei because I feel like I have already learnt the basics and I am ready to teach Academy students and watch them become strong and powerful Shinobi. This position will be great for me because I get to show my true strength and hopefully watch students become stronger than me.
Why did you join the Hidden Moon Village?
I joined the Moon Village so I could fulfill my Role in this Village so no matter what Role I become I'm ready to take on anything that comes in the Villages way. I also joined so I could have a great bond w####the other Shinobi in the Village so we could all relate to what's going on and not just bonds will be created within the Village but bonds with our allies so we could make this Ninja World safe.

In a scale from One to Ten being completely honest I am an Active person in the Roblox Community so my answer would be Ten.
Why do you think you'd be a good pick for this position?
I would be a great pick for this position is because I think that if I were to achieve this position I would immediately no slacking be a great teacher and as I said in my Academy Exams that I have amazing traits and I have an amazing idea to share I would say it here but I would save it for a better time.
What are your goals?
My goals are nice simple and easy my goals are to become a Jonin Sensei and create a team system eg: Team 1, Team 2 etc. Once that team System is created training sessions will be more easier and so sometimes there could be team trainings and sometimes Jonin training and Genin etc. So basically that was my amazing idea/goal.

I have finally chosen to apply for Council if there is a spot open at the moment.
Why do you want this position?
I noticed that reaching my goal to create teams and everything would not work well because I would need to talk to the Sub and Tsukikage to show them I have great and bright ideas for the Village and its future but to be honest I do not want to be accepted right away I want this application to stay here until the Tsukikage approves this application and I would like to know if I'm ready or not or if I already have enough experience.
Why did you join the Hidden Moon Village?
I joined the Hidden Moon to work my way up...... well to become Sub-Tsukikage one day but don't take me wrong and think I'm a greedy ninja wanting this role or to replace the current Sub-Tsukikage but as soon as I joined I knew I was going to change the shape of this Village and soon the Village will be known for their strongest Shinobi and everything I knew that I could find more Shinobi to join and do the same thing I'm doing.

Usually I'm really certain about everything as you can see but now this question is hard I used to be a 10 for sure but now I'm more of an 8.7 and believe I will soon become a 9.
Why do you think you'd be a good pick for this position?
I honestly think would not be a good pick for this position there is a lot of things that are bad about me usually I'm not online and I am in a complete different Time Zone to the rest of the Village but in the up side I'm trustworthy I have bright ideas and I can coupe with a lot of things including this problem here when I was a Jonin Sensei I met the Kage and I saw how they were they were actually really smart I saw their conversations and that's when I knew one day one of them would be me.
What are your goals?
My goals used to be to become a Jonin Sensei and create a team system eg: Team 1, Team 2 etc. Once that team System is created training sessions will be more easier and so sometimes there could be team trainings and sometimes Jonin training and Genin etc. But I'm saving that until Council because right now my goal is to recruit as much people as I can and make a name of myself in different ways and my hardest goal but I actually believe one day I could become is to surpass the current Kages and become a Kage.
