IIRC they're not making it compatible with Linux because Microsoft is paying them not to.

honestly it's obvious they're never gonna make it for linux even though #### used to work they made some security update that (most likely intentionally) blocked #### it's dumb how they wont support the os because they're either being paid not to/dont care because not a lot of people use linux
