[1] Introduction
This guide will explain all you need to know if you are a Instructor OR want to pass interviews to be a Recruiting Instructor! Once you get to that rank, you will have admin, there are many key components you need to know before hosting or simply using admin. Remember, ADMIN IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT! You are expected to be trustworthy to properly use admin and NOT abuse. Please follow the rules as listed later in this guide. You will also learn how to send in class reports, how to host, how to rank up and more!
P.S. This guide helps not only Instructors, but also cheerleaders! It will greatly aid you for interviews.

[2] Rules
These are the basic rules for Instructors. Please abide by these rules to keep SWA an enjoyable and fun environment.
~No bullying
~Respect everyone
~No AA’ing
~Answer dancers’ questions
~Do NOT ignore other class mates
~No kicking/banning anyone without a reason
~No advertising
~Be kind to not only to your peers, but also other HRs
And most importantly, have fun!

[3] Admin Abusing
Admin abusing is not tolerated NOR accepted at SWA. If you’d like to admin abuse, please do so at a DIFFERENT PLACE. SWA is a cheer studio with the goal of helping others, not discovering how many times you can blow up cheerleaders.
By now, you should most definitely know which commands you should and should NOT use. Here are a few commands that often coaches fail to comply with.
"h" Please do NOT spam This 24/7. The entire server does not need to hear about how your cat fell into a pool.
"m" You only use M for to host a class, not to talk back and forth with other coaches. Otherwise Developers+ can only use M for announcements
“music" Only the person hosting the class can use the music. If there is no class going on, you may take turns and let each song LOOP AT LEAST ONCE!
NON acceptable commands period at the Studio:
Shrek, Jail, Fling, Size, Nuke, Char, Bodyswap, Smite, Witch trial, Explode, Cut, Bleach, Sword, Boom, Freefall.
There are still other stupid commands, don’t use them! Common sense!
You guys were hired for a reason. You know what's right versus wrong, and what's AA and what's not. Be smart in using the admin as it is a privilege to have, not a right. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a consequence.

[4] Hosting Your Class
Every coach must host classes. Listed below are things that you should and should not do while hosting your classes:
DO:
Warmups!
A group routine!
Little combos!
Partner exercises!
DON’T:
Lock doors!
Use more than one room!
Random games!
Fool around with admin!
If deciding to play a GAME. Be creative, and turn a common game like “Guess The Song”, into a cheerleader game! “Guess The Move” is an example of using your creativity!
Please do NOT play ridiculous games such as freeze tag! Also, NO more locking doors while in a class, that makes dancers think they are "out." Try not to play games in class where you get "out"... it's not fun for the cheerleaders to have to wait hours until the round ends.

[5] Btools
Coaches, you are not allowed to use btools for fun or building random objects! The only thing you may use btools for, is decorating ONE room for your class. You may also use btools to make things needed when playing a Cheer game. In general, please contain using your btools in only one room. Each room is large enough so that you do not have to delete a wall and combine rooms! Otherwise, I should not see ANYONE using btools

[6] Class reports
*IMPORTANT*
As soon as your class ends, you MUST send a class report to Vice President+, otherwise we don't know that you hosted a class.
When sending a message to the VIce President+, please include these items:
~Time and date
~How your class went
~Any problems with dancers and/or coaches
~Which dancers received effort points
~Any Recruiting Coaches who helped out and how they did
After you finish hosting your class, make sure that you simply remove your class from the shout. Classes need to be 2 hours apart on the shout. You can not exceed over 2 hours for a class.
You also need to put a "H" by your name on the spreadsheet AT THE END OF YOUR CLASS. The spreadsheet gets shared with no one else. Message Vice President+ if you need to be added onto the spreadsheet. If you get caught lying on the spread sheet, you will be automatically demoted and removed from the spreadsheet. If you get caught screwing up other peoples names/hostings, you will be automatically removed from the spreadsheet and demoted.
Your class report should be laid out or at least clear to understand like this:

[7] Recruiting Instructors
Your job is to assist the Instructors during a class, and help out the dancers outside a class. In order to be ranked up to a Instructors and host your own class, prove to us that you can be trusted.

[8] Ranking Up
In order to get ranked up at SWA, you must be active and show dedication to the group. This includes hosting over the minimum class amount, coming to events, helping at game nights, and much more. You must act as a role model to your fellow peers and students. Admin abusing, being disrespectful, and fooling around is not tolerated at SWA and you will be punished if discovered doing so.

[9] Respecting Other HRs
PLEASE DO NOT be rude to your peers. This is unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated at SWA. You, the Instructors, are the role-models; Lower ranks look up to you. Please be Awesome and respectful at all times!
