GNC is Paul's own personal bank, he holds the bank and has since the very start. He is the Developer of Las Vegas and won't let any random bank replace it. What you're doing isn't going to happen, even if it passes LVCC Paul chooses which updates go ahead, he has the power and he won't since GNC is one of his babies. You claim no one is ever online in GNC, well you surely haven't been active in nUSA and it looks like you just came out of the airline industry. Where surprisingly... you failed to create an airline and you made multiple companies...
