Remove hints and messages from roblox scripting

Nobody uses hints anymore. Everyone just makes their own GUI. So remove them. It's too confusing for new players anyway. We don't need to help out old games... they're tooo oldddddd! What 5 year old would want to play a game that came out before he was born? HELLO? None! It's oldddddddd!!!!
