The rank roles and duties are as follows. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭: As a Conscript you should enter the place wherever the army is located and request training from an NCO or Officer. Upon requesting, you will receive a basic military training where you will be taught all the necessary commands for a basic Soldat. After being promoted you are now eligible for a regiment enlistment. 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐀𝐓: 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐚𝐭 - 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 Your job as an Soldat is to follow orders given by any Officer, and General within the army. Soldiers will be given promotions based on performance in battle and regimental activity. Soldiers should enlist in a regiment and begin to attend regimental activities to be promoted further. 𝐍𝐂𝐎: 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 - 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 Non commissioned officers are the trainers of the military force. A non commissioned officer can be identified by their mark on their right shoulder. Your job as a Non Commissioned Officer is to assist your Officers through carrying out commands in full as well as aiding trainings and events they might hold. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 [𝐈𝐈] 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 In any Napoleonic places you must abide by the tolerable hats that you may wear in these places. You MUST have realistic skin color. That will be enforced be a NCO and officer. In the presence of an Officer+ you are obliged to salute the person in question unless tactically dangerous. Questions/reportings are to be sent through the chain of command system, you should NOT directly go to the General Staff for a basic question.
