How's it going graveyard shift?
I've been around clans since 2010, made my start with Noble Blade and ###### Cobras. Within the past few years, I've dedicated myself to and intend to stick with A-SOV for as long as I'm here on ROBLOX. (It'll last longer than all of you think.)
Enough background info, lemme share with you a productivity tip that few (if any?) major clans seem to grasp:
Pay your officers.
This, of course, requires you to create active revenue. Invest in recruitment centres with gamepasses, games related to your group (VIP recruiting style) or just being a rich group owner.
It also requires you to create an efficient and fair payroll system.
Why not LRs?
Consider paying your highest-ranking LRs, but ensure that the quality of soldier in that rank is adequate enough to deserve payment, and once again: fair and equal payroll system for them.
Considering I can take the time I spend working away at documents, hosting events, or just handling general administrative duties and go work at a place that makes revenue and pays ##### ##### (looking at you, ROBLOX Tactical Engineers) it will soon become absolutely important for the time people put into groups to be paid back to them in kind.
as a note, I made a minimum of 2000 R$ a month at RTE.
