Maybe a Soulution to Comment Spam?

Can Moderators and Administrators block people from posting comments? I think they should for example, say there was a user named... FiveNine. Say "FiveNine" Had commented on the Chill Face 5 times in less than 5 seconds. Since it takes Fifteen seconds to post a comment this idea might work. Ofcourse you should find the slightest flaws in this idea.

Forgot to continue my example T.T . FiveNine would get a ban, not a account ban, a comment ban. For example "You cannot post comments for _____ days" Or if he contninues after his ban expired "You cannot comment anymore."

YES! A good idea if ever I saw one. Still spamming should get account bans but if this was automatic it'd be great.
