The following procedures are to be used when the security of the Capitol needs to be increased. Department High Ranking Officials with shouting powers are expected to shout any lockdown levels on the main group.
⇒ Lockdown Level I: The main security checkpoint, or red line, is on heightened security. All commands given by agents are expected to be followed. # ############# is to be created at the red line, and civilian cars will not be allowed to be parked past the stop signs. Lockdown Level Ones are typically issued when there is a confirmed breacher inside the Capitol, or there is suspicious activity in the surrounding forest of the Capitol.
⇒ Lockdown Level II: All Capitol grounds is placed on high alert due to extreme activity in the city or threats made to the Capitol itself. As only the Capitol is placed on lockdown, a roadblock on the highway for both directions will be created. The roadblock must be created at the second turn-a-round just after you enter Capitol grounds, NOT on the blackline itself. Agents do not have the authority to forcibly remove citizens beyond the blackline but are allowed to do so INSIDE the blackline, or on Capitol grounds.
⇒ Lockdown Level III: The entire highway is placed on restricted access to the public and only Government Official's are allowed inside while Homeland Security Agents do regular patrols on both directions of the highway and forest areas. Only Federal Protective Escort Units and above are permitted to create roadblocks on highway on and off ramps, where Agents in Training and Capitol Security Unit agents are still tasked with ensuring the protection of the capitol checkpoint on Capitol grounds.
CRT Commanders and above may issue any lockdown level
Secret Service Agents may issue a lockdown level one & two
Federal Protective Service Officers may issue a lockdown level one & two
Crisis Response Team Agents may issue a lockdown level one, two, and three. (As a squad; strictly enforced)
