Villain name: Same as above!
Powers: Being a Pokémon, a Typhlosion to be exact, Eric can learn four different moves and has a resistance to fire. The four moves he has are Burn Up (This causes him to lose his resistance to fire, but also loses his weakness to any other element and is super powerful), Heat Wave (can hit multiple targets), Thunder Punch (pretty self-explanatory) and Focus Blast.
