Directed to the State of Glenfield:
As the Governor of the State of Firestone and the current Commander of the National Guard, I kindly request that you open up the county for the State of Glenfield. Shortly after the declaration of war, the State of Glenfield had taken down their county for some reason, for which we can only assume for the duration of the war. Closing down the county disallows us to do our part within this war and gives an unfair advantage to the other side. Failure to open up your county can and will be seen as a sign of cowardness and we will assume that Glenfield has surrendered. This may be a short war, but we can not fight someone who simply closes their county for their own personal advantage.
I give you forty-eight (48) hours.
