-Level cap is 1248 now.
-New location: Canyon.
-New NPC: Soldiers.
-Now all NPC will have random level, appropriate healths and appropriate damage. Also, you will gain appropriate amount of rating, jenny and exp from them.
-Some spells have been fixed. |

The Npc give out no ratings or exp this needs to be fixed.

I really don't like it when an RPG has "RPG" in the title. It tends to state the obvious. I would recommend removing it.
