Then they shouldn't do things that deserve to have a message sent.
For example, people with HORRENDOUS places on the front page. They disable comments, and PMs. Now you can't tell them how their place sucks, or what they can do to fix it. |

Oh I have an idea. Instead of completely blocking non-permission PMs, you can turn "Notification Mode" on and off. Notification Mode is basically getting notifications if you get a non-permission PM and you can read them or move them to your inbox. |
