To expel Representative ContentCrazed from office.
Representative ContentCrazed is in ownership of a Las Vegas gang, Slash: https://www.roblox.com/groups/group.aspx?gid=2911270
It is gravely concerning that a Representative is operating an active gang while serving in the Legislative Branch.
Resolved, by the House of Representatives with 2/3 in concurrence that Representative ContentCrazed is herein expelled from the House of Representatives in accordance with Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.

The procedure of expulsion has already been determined by the Supreme Court to have little to no restrictions aside from the concurrence of two-thirds, attempts to challenge this in court would fail spectacularly.

Considering that the Representative came into ownership of the group the day of this expulsion, and a lack of evidence toward any claim that he was conspiring to use it for criminal purposes, I vote nay on this partisan expulsion. |
