//Wow. This thread is old. Well, just stating one thing: If the United States was a Communist country then there would be no "Ghettos" or "Hoods" and there would be a lot less gangs. Less shootings, less grievings, no contract killers ("hitmen"), no racism, not near as many illegal immigrants, and less crowding in places.// There would be ponies and rainbows and unicorns, and everyone would work for three hours and get to live in an extravagant mansion and eat the richest of foods while eating off of diamond plates. Pure conjecture.

There were killers in the SU, there was sectionalism in the SU, there was no illegal immigrants in the SU because, well, it sucked. Crowding was a major problem in the SU in urban centres.

The Soviet Union was not a bad place. My parrents and grand parrents, and great grand parrents (Who lived durring the Leninist Era) said it was a wonderful place to live. Evreyone was equal in race, ect. They had free health and education, which was nice. Saddly, I think all of the people from the Leninist era (that where old enough to remember it) are dead. WTFLAWL! If it was so wonderful why did Stalin's own daughter defect? I met the relative of a Red Army soldier who fought during the Revolution, and he said it was terrible. Political freedoms were, infact, suppressed dispite what you want to think.

Stalin ruined everything man, don't suck up to the Soviet Union after Lenin. Even Khrushchev and Brezhnev couldn't fix what he messed up on.
