[1] General Rules and Regulations
The following guidelines are to be followed by ALL Bolarians, no matter their rank or position.
1 | Grammar and maturity are required at most all LCR events. While we don’t mind having fun and joking around sometimes, it is important to do so at appropriate times.
2 | The uniform is required at all LCR events. See Chapter 3 for more information on the Uniform.
3 | It is required of all Bolarians to address any Diplomat, Officer, or Commanding Officer as Sir or Ma’am and show them respect. Similarly, Officers need to show respect towards low ranks and those below them as well. We are all under the same banner, so let’s treat each other like so.
4 | Do not ask for promotions. This will not help you achieve a promotion in any way.
5 | Do not pester Officers. If you have a question for them, either send them a PM once or ask them in-game.

[2] Uniform Regulations
ALL MEMBERS are required to wear the uniform found in our group store (Effective June 1st, 2017) at all LCR events. No “customs” are allowed. Some exceptions can be made during certain Holidays at the discretion of the Leader.
If you cannot purchase the uniform, this is the specified uniform that you should wear;
1 | Color your torso and legs “Dark stone grey”. Color your arms and head any color you like.
This uniform is allowed until you can afford our actual uniform.

[3] Rank Descriptions, Analyses, and Duties
Our ranks are divided into 4 categories, and will be explained below.
| Low Ranks |
The following ranks are considered “Low Ranks”.
Recruit
Trooper
Specialist
Master Specialist
Operative
Major
The purpose of a Low Rank is to be the main fighting force of our legion. This members are learning how to be effective military leaders and are training daily to become renowned Officers of Bolaria.
| Junior Officer |
The rank of Captain is considered to be a Junior Officer. This rank is known as a “halfway point” between Low Ranks and Officers. Captains are experienced Low Ranks who have proven that they have what it takes to become Officers. Members here must be in this rank for 1 month before attending a Council Approval session. You can find out more information about this session in Chapter 4.
*Note; Captains are allowed to co-host events.
| Diplomatic Rank |
Diplomats are members from allied groups who are in our group for diplomacy. These members should be treated with the utmost respect and are welcome at any LCR event.
| Officer Ranks|
The following ranks are considered “Officer Ranks”.
Officer
Colonel
Marshal
General
Grand General
These members are veteran Bolarians who have earned their titles and work hard to ensure the well-being of our legion. These members host events daily and handle any issues between Low Ranks. They are expected to be role models and assist Low Ranks in becoming Officers themselves.

The following ranks are considered “Commanding Officers”.
Council of Lightning
Vice President
President
These are the leaders of LCR. The President and Vice President work closely with the Council of Lightning to decide on important matters. They make sure that Officers are doing their jobs correctly, and handle any disputes between them.

[4] Shout Tags
To make sure that our group shouts are clean, organized, and efficient, we ask that you start all of your shouts in the same format. Provided below are a list of acceptable shout tags and when to use them. You may want to write these down.
MESSAGE | A general message to the group.
UPDATE | An update has occurred that the group needs to be aware of.
WALL | A question or comment to spark conversation on the group wall.
DEFEND | We are under attack and need to defend.
ALLY DEFENSE | One of our allies is being raided and needs assistance.
TRAINING | A training is being hosted.
JOINT TRAINING | A training is being hosted with allies.
JOINT RAID | A raid is being hosted with allies.
JOINT RALLY | A joint rally is being hosted with allies.
JOINT EVENT | A joint event is being hosted with allies.
RALLY | Used when a rally is happening to prepare for another event.
RAID | Used when a raid is taking place. Please provide a link of where to raid with this shout. See below for how to correctly link.
FORUM | Used when linking a forum that the group needs to see.
RECRUITING | Used when we are recruiting as a group at a specified location like the Group Recruiting Plaza..
VOTE | Used when linking a forum or other application used for voting, like with Council Elections.
