but thanks everyone who gave me actual new information. i read all of the tos and crap lol. i've talked to other people. people got accepted with limiteds and clothing sales as well sometimes.

The DevEx will get declined. That's all you need to know. You don't need to know why or how but apparently you just want to know if it will be valid or not.
