Skar(Nooobcaik, national_security, and one of multiple other alts. And is also in the group of many alts of National_security.) Is a person who tries to start flamewars, tries trolling people, and is desperate for attention. People claim that this is a PG'ed account, and probably is. Probably is using the account to seem cool because it has a 4 letter name. This person has a very low reputation, and is very hated by many. Stay away from this person if possible, as he will start a flamewar if he gets the chance.
