Training sessions must always have a host and co-host with at least 4 trainers. Make sure the trainers are sat behind the host and co-host on the white chairs. If there are assistants, they will have to stand on the side of the stage. Kick ranks which are not supposed to be attending like customers, baristas, senior baristas and head baristas. At least 5 minutes before, enable PTS (Permission to Speak). You may say it like this: :m PTS has now been enabled. If you wish to speak, say PTS first. Training Session Hosts - Follow these guidelines when hosting (make sure everyone is seated on the chairs in front of the stage): Arrive at least 20 minutes early, slock the server by saying :slock in the chat 5-10 minutes before it starts. Couple minutes before you start, start putting trainees into groups by naming them 'Grp 1' etc. There can only be a maximum of 4 groups, make sure the groups are as equal as possible. After trainees have been named, start naming trainers the group they will be in like this - '[USER] | Trainer | Grp 1' etc. NOTE: No more than 4 trainers/assistants If there are other staff, they can be assistants for each group. Name them like this - '[USER] | Assistant | Grp 1' etc. NOTE: No more than 4 assistants Everyone must wear uniform. MR+ can use the uniform changer whilst trainees can do the same with their uniform. Make sure to remind MRs+ to have their trainer guide open (link located at the bottom of this forum). When you start the training session you first announce on the :sm :sm Hello everyone! We will now begin the training session which means the server is now on slock. You then introduce the rules of the training process by stating: :m Before we start, I will introduce some rules of today's training session. :sm 1) No trolling while going through the whole training process. 2) You will need to follow all instructions given by members of staff. :sm 3) Use appropriate grammar and spelling if you do not you will be warned and kicked. Grammar and spelling is important and part of your training! :sm 4) Be respectful to everyone and cooperate, if not you will be kicked. :sm 5) Good Luck! Do your best. After you have introduced the rules of the session you must state: :m Passing your training will result in a possible promotion! Then, you must introduce the trainers by saying their names. For example: ':m Grp 1 Trainer is Mya, Grp 2 Trainer is Cat' and so on. After all trainers have been introduced you then state: :m Now we will start with the safechat test, everyone please spam c7rn. After you have done safechat test and everyone has been approved of safechat meaning hashtags didn't pop up when they said c7rn (If hashtags popped up, the trainee must be kicked) you may state this: :m Alright, we shall go over the training programme. Each of you are in groups, what ever group number you are named will be the group that you'll be in. :m When we go into the training room, you will all split off into groups and will sit at a table. :m One group, one table. Trainers/Assistants will stand in front of your table. :m Trainers/assistants: You will find the trainer guide link at the end of the training session guide. Both should have it open. :m You will receive 4 tests from the trainer/assistant. :m Test one will be Trivia. :m Trainers and assistants will ask each of you 4 questions individually through private chat. :m Test two will be sentence corrections. :m Trainers/assistants will give you two sentences to correct into proper grammar, yet again through private chat. :m Test three will be serving. :m Your trainer/assistant will come up to you to order two items. Make sure to give your greeting. :m Test four will be trolling. :m Your trainer/assistant will act as trollers to test how you deal with them. :m A maximum of three warnings can be given before you call over MR+. :m Key: Ordering over 5 items is classed as trolling here, this is our rule. :m Every test/task you pass will result in a point. You can earn a maximum of 9. :m If you earn more than six you have passed. :m Once all the tests have been done in your group, the people who have passed will be brought to the 'Passed' lines to stand neatly on. :m The 'Passed' trainees will wait until they get ranked up. :m Those who fail will be dismissed and can always can back to another training session in the future. :m Once all trainees in the group are sorted out, the rest of you will be dismissed when your trainer says so. :m You may all find your trainer and group; they will lead you to the table you'll be at.
