*BEFORE YOU READ* please keep in mind that this whole idea is still a WIP, and if it seems confusing please let me know.
So, this is going to pretty much describe how the letter graded ranks will work.
D Rank- This is for people who have not yet attended their first training, pretty much waiting to be sorted.
C Rank- To obtain this, you must have at least basic lore knowledge or basic 3 Dimensional Maneuvering Gear skills.
B Rank- You need to have a bit more knowledge / skill with lore or 3DMG to become a B rank.
A Rank- These are for the skilled soldiers who have impressed the trainee captains enough to be permitted into the Military Police.
S Rank- These soldiers are extremely treasured by humanity, due to the fact that they are considered 'Levi' leveled in skill. Must have EXTREME amounts of lore knowledge of Attack on Titan, and extreme amounts of 3DMG skill.
Now, here's the tricky part for most people.
Your grade stays with you for your entire career.
For example, let's say you are a C Rank who wants to join the Stationary Guard. Upon obtaining Elite Squadron [in any branch, not just for SG], or Officer, your grade would move up by 1, making you B Class skilled.
That being said, you cannot sit in the Trainee Corps until you achieve 'S' or 'A' grades. The minimum amount of trainings a cadet must attend to graduate is 7, and the most you can attend is 10 to remove any sort of time-wasting to become an S or A grade skill level.
Keep in mind, getting past B Grade Level takes a LOT of work and dedication, this is why S ranks are so treasured.
**ONLY COMMANDERS MAY RAISE SOMEONE'S SKILL LEVEL**
Captains may recommend C Grade skill level soldiers to their Commanders to become B skill level.
Assistant of the Commander may recommend B level soldiers to A level.
Commanders need special permission from group Administrators or Developers to rank anyone from A level to S level, with valid proof of their skill.
I plan on fixing up this post a bit, if you have any questions please just send me a message over Discord or ROBLOX.
