Ranks Management Team+ are required to have a discord.
Remember all ranks are earned, not given.
High Ranks:
Chairman - Responsible for making sure the parlour runs smoothly, having updates, and providing the best for the cafe.
Development Team - The core of the parlour, they are the reason why it is so successful. Their jobs are to make sure the cafe is the best in quality building and scripting.
President - The President is the bearer for Scoopiez. They set the standard and should be the role model for all the middle rank and lower rank staff.
Vice President - The assistant to the President, if he needs anything done then the Vice President will jump up to it.
Chief Executive Officer - CEO is managing the overall operations and resources of Scoopiez, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and COO. They will make sure to get approval from the Chairman.
Chief Operations Officer - COO is the corporate executive who oversees ongoing business operations within the company such as allies. The COO reports to the CEO+ at all times.
Middle Ranks:
Board of Directors - Group of individuals that are elected as, or elected to act as, representatives. They will be the main to attend/host interview sessions and meetings.
Administrator Team - These are the people you go to for rank changes, they are the ones in charge of Low Rank promotions and keeping track of points. They will also be the ones to read applications and rank and host interviews.
Administrative Assistants- They help interview, train, and help manage the cafe.
Supervising Team - Supervisors:Passed Interviews and 250 [p], supervise the parlour.
Security - Do I really need to explain? They are security for the parlour, try out with the group!
Low Ranks:
Staff Assistant - They are constantly at the parlour, helping the staff out. The most trained and professional scoopers!
Senior Scooper - The top qualified and experienced baristas, also consisting of 150 [p] four trainings with a test from an HR.
Scooper - After all the training, you are officially a Scooper. 100 [p] needed with three trainings.
Junior Scooper - You have attended one training also needing 50 [p], two trainings.
Trainee - You passed applications.
Premium Customers - The very best customers, you have bought the t-shirt.
Valued Customers - A customer and family at Chai, thank you for all that you have done.
