WHEN STARTING: (Safe-chat) Have everyone spam "f90k" or "f60k" and kick players who have safe-chat. * You may copy and paste the introduction below or use a similar one. Introduction: (Use :sm) Hello everyone, I'm your host (yourname) and welcome to this training session. Before we begin, I have a few things to share with you, please pay attention. 1) We have the right to fail you if you do not meet our standards. 2) Please do not disrespect a trainer, they are giving up their own time to come and help you. 3) Promotions are earned and not asked for. 4) Please do not do anything that will get you kicked or prevent you from getting a job at Nova Hotels. 5) Use grammar at all times, doing so will increase your chances of passing. 6)Security: As a Security Officer, you are in charge of keeping the hotel safe from spammers, exploiters, etc.. You shall report any on the group wall. You may also request a player to be kicked from the game using a GUI that you can find in the top of your screen while on duty. If a higher rank tells you to do something, please follow their direct orders. Taser and Handcuffs at an automatic door is NOT allowed and is considered abuse. Players can only be cuffed after they have received three warnings, otherwise it is considered abuse as well. Spammers and trollers get 3 warnings before they are cuffed and can be kicked from the game. Exploiters shall not receive any warnings and be cuffed immediately. They can then be kicked from the game and reported to an MR/HR. The tools you get as a Security Officer are: - Staff Card: This card is used to access all staff only rooms and guest rooms. If you are caught abusing this, you will be demoted. - Taser: This tool is used so you can stop exploiters who are able to fly or players who are refusing to be handcuffed after receiving three warnings. - Handcuffs: These are self-explanatory; You may use these after a player has received three warnings to stop them from moving. To cuff a player, click their back. To release, click their back once again or the sky. --- Test: 1) How many warnings does an exploiter get? 2) How do you cuff a player? 3) What tools does a Security get? 4) What do you do after you cuff a player? 5) What do you do after a player reaches three warnings? Troller Test: A security helper shall act as a troller and view the trainee's reaction to a troller and how they will react. 4) Receptionist: As a Receptionist, you are in charge of checking guests in & out of the hotel. You are also expected to answer the phone in case a hotel guest has any questions and/or concerns. If a customer asks to have a random room number, you can randomize a number otherwise please give the room number they asked for. Receptionists shall also pass a troll test, please refer to "Security" for more information. Test: 1) Where do you give people suites (premium) rooms? Which lane? 2) Please give an example of a customer greeting. 3) What do you do if a troller comes? Customer Test: A trainer shall act like a customer and see how the trainee will greet the customer and how long it will take for them to give the trainer a room key. ======================================================================================== 5) (removed): are allowed to work behind the bar OR reception and serve drinks, lunch, snacks to hotel guests. They are also expected to answer the phone for any questions or any room service orders to a hotel room. To get a food, simply click on it. To give it to a customer, use the Hand-To GUI which you can find to the left of your screen at all times. Customer Test: A trainer shall act like a customer and watch how the trainee will greet the customer and how long it will take them to serve an item. Troller Test: Please refer to Security "Troller test" for more information. Order to room: A trainer shall call the bar (extension: 50), using the Trainer phone (located in the bar training room) and request an order to a room. The trainer shall monitor how the call goes and how they will greet the customer. ======================================================================================== [IF A TRAINEE FAILS]: Sorry, you did not pass this training due to (reason of failure) however, you may be trained again in the future.
