This guide is for foreigners hoping to become a citizen.

//BASIC RULES//
[-] Anyone with a score of 70% and below are subjected to fail.
[-] When the person working the front desk gives you a number, you will sit down and wait for someone to call your name/number.
[-] Misbehaving in the lounge or waiting room will result in immediate denial.
[-] Interviewers must send all their reports, including if they passed or failed at the end of Interviews, to an Assistant Director+.
[-] Entering the interviewing room without permission will result in immediate kick from the Immigration Offices Building.
[-] You must be a member of the IRF with your correct papers to get interviewed and potentially become a IRF Citizen.
[-] Refrain from telling the applicant what they did wrong, they should figure it out by themselves.
Failure to follow these rules will result in demotion or denial to become a citizen.

//INTRODUCTION//
When you walk into the Ministry of FA HQ, you should wait in the line in front of the front desk. There, you will be given a number from the receptionist and you will need to sit down in a chair or sofa. You may have small talk, but you cannot fight, insult, get up constantly or walk into the Immigration Offices. After a short wait, an interviewer will come into the lobby and call out a number. If they call your name/number, you will stand up and the interviewer will take you to his/her office.

//QUESTIONING//
Your interviewer will ask you 10 questions. You are to answer them truthfully and try your hardest to answer them the best you can. If caught lying and/or trolling, you will be denied on the spot. After the questioning, your interviewer will say if you passed or not. If you pass, the interviewer will tell the Assistant Director+ and you will be promoted shortly. If you failed, do not get upset or fight, therefore this will lower your chances of getting promoted. Therefore you can get another number and start this process all over again.

Congratulations on getting accepted and becoming a new IRF Citizen. As a citizen, you get treated with more respect and you are allowed to wander the city. You cannot raid or kill guards, or you will be punished. You should respect all your comrades and fellow IRF citizens. Please follow all the rules and you will become a successful citizen. The IRF pleases to have you join their group and become a newborn citizen.

After becoming a citizen, you may want to join MoFA, which we encourage. To join, please go into the MoFA group description and fill out the application. Send it to ApplicationsMOFA. You will soon get a reply if you passed or not. If you get accepted, your career in the MoFA has just begun. You may follow and watch your fellow MoFA comrades and feel free to always ask for help.
