After a short wait, you will receive a message back whether you passed or not with a list of directions you must follow. You then will be placed as the Staff rank and you will be trained to become an interviewer. After you pass your training and promoted, you can ask your fellow interviewers for any questions you may have and you can help your fellow interviewers as well.
