Discord. The amount of stuff you have access to is amazing. Everything is secure on it, on their servers, and your stuff can't get jacked as easily, because 2FA is a thing.

Raiding with TS3 is far easier to do, plus it's more friendly for power clans/more serious clans that need voice communications for off-duty chatting and on-duty events only. TS3 activity is also easier to get than Discord because people won't just be sitting in a Discord ##### ##### most of the time they type in Global or some other chatroom. TS3 gets people more engaged because they are mainly forced to talk through voice meanwhile Discord is very centralized around text with voice as option.

Also TS3 servers aren't all paid, you can get a free TS3 server if you aren't lazy. All it takes is to look and if you want a paid one, all you need to have is loyal members who can pay/manage it for you.

The way I see it is Discord is better for friend groups and groups that are 100% based around community to the point where they are more of a community clan than a war clan and we can see a lot of clans like that these days.

Clans should utilize both because of how superior TS3 is to Discord in terms of voice, you'll have better and more organized communication in events that need it. Discord can be used as an event notifier and off-duty chat so they can work hand in hand to make someones clan experience better.
