Firestone Municipal Training Academy The Process to become an Instructor shall be as followed. You MUST be able to join either DOT, or DPW. If you're an instructor in FMTA, you'll be ranked in the Department of your choice. -Join the Firestone Municipal Training Academy Group -Be Accepted into FMTA -Must have completed ALL 5 Tiers, and are FMTA Certified -Must have no current or prior criminal history in Firestone -You must follow all rules, and complete Instructor training that are needed. -You MUST become a Junior Instructor, by being voted on by current Instructors #### ## ##### -You must have co-hosted at least 4 Tiers in order to apply for Instructor. The Director and Head Instructor may appoint new Instructors when needed, and Junior Instructors, if agreed by current Instructors. All Rules are subject to change by Head Instructor+.
