JC is officially a wartime clan we rally 50 for invasions at wartime, but otherwise we raid and defend every once in a while JC's average members are mostly people who can only afford to play on their breaks, and during wars. As HCOM we already knew this. tl;dr JC is doing well with development and we're happy with it.
