So Roblox isn't always that safe especially for children so I propose the following solutions.
1. Update the filter. Filter more swear words as well as other words that could be considered offensive. The following words need to be filtered.
-Noob
-Ugly
-Mean
-Roast
-Roasted
-Fat
-Dumb
-Stupid
-Get out
-Leave
Of course there are other words that need to be filteres but those are only a few examples.
2. Add parent accounts.
Parent account would be so that parents can monitor their child's account on Roblox. Parents would be able to do the following.
-See the child's friends list and all chats and messages.
-Block people
-Disable messaging or chatting.
-Delete innapropriate items from their inventory.
-Leave groups that do not seem appropriate.
-Block certain games they don't want the child to play.
-Block certain forums and all forums.
-See all forum activity for their child.
3. Improve the moderation system. Moderatora need to take things more seriously such as online dating as this is a big threat to children. Maybe hiring more mods would help.

There are already parental controls in the settings, so parent accounts wouldn't be needed. Plus, ROBLOX has a report feature, so if people do say ugly or noob, someone else could report them. Just remember, those words may seem bad, but not all people use them against other people. So, no support, sorry.
