This is the written test, once completed send the copied questions and their answers to a Major+ and they will review your answers and give feed back. They will give you a percentage score, and if you mark above 75% you will then be allowed to run a Training. If you pass both the written test and the hosting a NIO training test, you will be promoted to [H1] Captain.

[Part 3] Situational questions-
[1] You are hosting a Training, slightly after the time of ### #### It's a Friday, one of NIO's most active days, however you've been waiting for ten minutes and only a few people have showed up. You decide to wait a little longer, and five####u#######s#### more show up but they are messing around and not wanting to train, they are frustrated. How would you enforce the law, but also calm their anger and frustration?
[2] You decide to lead a raid, but the members available are mostly new recruits without combat experience, do you decide to wait longer, call it off or go ahead with the members you already have at your disposal, they have been waiting for thirty minutes already bored, you need to make a decision?
[3] You are in a raid, there are four objectives to capture: A, B, C and D each of them spread out around the map, C and D are closer to the enemy. You have a good amount of NIO behind you, they are ready for battle. As the raid goes on, NIO begins to be pushed back, as the enemy have begun to take upon higher ground and sent units round to flank and have captured A and B from NIO. How would you turn around this situation?
[4] There are visitors at the Fort, that you recognize, old comrades and you are trying to lead a defensive training/practice raid, they say that they wish to speak to you, and you are the highest rank present. You bring them over, and they say that they are against LordVolren and want him and NIO dead. They are threatening saying that if you do not aid in this, they will bring Clans to raid and go against NIO. How would you deal with this?
[5] There is an argument between two members, one of them was chosen for promotion even though the other member clearly did better, and he wants to know why he wasn't promoted. The argument is getting bigger and out of control, it needs to be put down. How would you deal with this? |
