Do you mean the constraints, or that new UI Editor in studio where you can drag and resize them? I'm personally never going to use it because it's useless imo for designing good UI, but it gets distorted because it's using Scale instead of Offset.

Use Offset so it resizes the UI in pixels, instead of screen resolution.

Try resizing the game window to be the same size as the studio 3D view.
