〔CHAPTER 1〕
〔HIGHER RANKS〕
- If you are a worker of a certain villain, you are expected to respect and listen to their orders. Those who fail to comply with a villains orders can be kicked out of their division.
- If you are part of the Maroni Crime Family and don't wish to respect the Falcone Crime Family members, that is okay as they are rivals. The same applies to any other rival gangs. This does not mean, however that you admin abuse, team kill or break group rules to disrespect these rivals.
- If a higher rank is abusing, report it to the Penguin with proof in the form of either screenshots or video and post it onto the discord or message him privately so they can be removed from their role as soon as possible.
- Even if a higher rank from another division or rival orders you to stop with something that is forbidden from the group, you must listen. Being in character is different to breaking the rules.

〔CHAPTER 2〕
〔VISITORS〕
- The murder or abuse of innocent visitors is forbidden. Unless a visitor is being a pure troll or interruption, you are to let them explore or speak with members.
- If you see a visitor with a weapon they should not have you have granted permission to kill them on sight.
- If visitors disrespect higher ranks and the higher ranks give you permission to kill the visitor, you can do so.
- It is strictly forbidden to give visitors tools they should not have or access to forbidden areas, if you see higher ranks treating visitors with privileges, send a screenshot to Penguin through discord.

〔CHAPTER 3〕
〔DIVISIONS〕
- Unless you are a villain and have been granted permission to join multiple divisions, you are only allowed to be in one division. Joining another division is considered betrayal of your current leader.
- When in a division, you are to report your findings or orders back to your division leader and not the Penguin. The only way to work or report back to Penguin is to be part of his division.
- Even though you must only listen to your leader in terms of orders, if a higher rank gives you orders about abuse or the group rules, you must listen and not be in character the entire time.
- Divisions will have their own guns given to them depending on what they do or who they work with. For example the crime families will get a ######## when the maps are finished. Some leaders will also receive exclusive weapons for their characters or tools. If you see anyone else using these you are to report to Penguin so he can remove them from their role.

〔CHAPTER 4〕
〔PATROLLING〕
- When out patrolling you are representing the Rogues Gallery. You are not to betray the group when out patrolling in places such as the streets, and traitors will be banned or removed from their role after the patrol.
- During patrols, you must listen to whoever is hosting the patrol, going against their orders is forbidden and you are to remain in line with their leadership.
- Any heroes found when patrolling home bases or public games are to be killed if they are raiding or going around. Heroes are prime targets and must be picked off sooner than regular attackers.
- Those who refuse to help others kill Heroes will be dealt with after patrols.

〔CHAPTER 5〕
〔TOOLS〕
- Certain villains will have exclusive tools such as speed, flight or their own weapons. Anyone seen using these tools who should not be are to be immediately warned and told the next time that they use them it is a ban.
- If villains are using their powerful tools to abuse or spawn-kill they will be removed from their role and banned right away, it does not represent the Gallery well and is unfair to visitors and raiders.
- Tools are not to be given to visitors or raiders even if it's to try out, anything exclusive to a villain(s) will be for them ONLY. ANYONE else seen with them is going to lose their role.

〔CHAPTER 6〕
〔ADMINISTRATION〕
- Admin abuse is in no way tolerated at the Rogues Gallery. Just because you have moderator does not give you permission to make pointless shouts ever few seconds or give yourself all of the tools.
- A few banned commands include:
Nuke
Explode
Fling
Give all
That is not all of the banned commands in the group But a few of the heavily abused ones.
- Teleportation rules are strict. Do not teleport when you can walk, it is lazy and you will lose admin if caught doing it. Teleportation during raids is also forbidden as well as godding unless a problem has occurred. Do not teleport high ranks to you without asking first as it can break the chairs or area they are in. Do not teleport to a high rank or anyone without asking first either.
- Silly abusive commands like coloring and and sparkling and flames are also forbidden.
- Giving yourself all of the tools will anger Penguin the most. He will never ever want to see that command in the logs, ever. Anyone using the tools they should not be or being in possession of them will be OUT of their role.
If Penguin clarifies to someone a specific rule to them not on here, they are to listen to it.
