It is Sketch's brother. You can tell because sometimes Subzero is there in the background in his videos. For example:

A Couple Videos With Sketch saying hey it's sub and he puts his hand out.
I know your not convinced. BUT,
he posted a very long comment on one of his videos saying that it is legitly sub. So I believe it is his brother.
