We had an emergency HiCom meeting after the war ceremony, where I was basically bashed on by him and told why i shouldnt get 2iC without a chance to defend myself.
I realized if he does not see me in the future of SC, why should I help him?

So he personally did not see you as compentent enough to be 2ic so refused to promote you after destroyer went on hiatus. So you felt betrayed like he was underestimating your abilities and that any personal grudge should be outweighed by the ammount of work you put into SC?

As a previous leader, I know how hard promoting high ranks can be. When a hole like 2ic becomes open it can be pretty thin ice when having to rise someone else up. Although promoting it with ploober33 instantly, feels like a wrong move to the Hicom. Also TJG... Ill just say I could not be in a clan where he is a higher rank then me.
But since you wernt actually demoted or anything, Id chill a bit on the attacks. |
